Tameson ships international and domestic out of the headquarters in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Therefore, the shipping cost and delivery time is associated with this location origin.

Quick information

  • We offer global shipment, so if you can't find your country in our country list please contact us. European/UK shipping times can be seen on our UPS transit map.
  • We offer same-day shipment if you submit your order by 16:00 (4:00 PM) GMT +2.
  • To qualify for free shipping:
    • Netherlands and Belgium: Free if total order is over €75 (excluding vat)
    • United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland): £4.95 ex vat is charged on transport costs. Free if total order is over £75 (excluding vat). Excluding islands.
  • VAT: Tameson is a Dutch company, so customers in the European Union receive an invoice including Dutch VAT (21%). VAT numbers can be inputted in the checkout page to be checked and the invoice will be updated. Customers outside of the European Union do not get taxed and do not need to worry about the VAT.
    • The light grey price shown is the price with VAT.

Ordering process

After you have selected your component(s) and added them to your cart, your cart will appear on your screen. If you want to continue shopping, you can simply click off the pop-up cart or hit the “X” in the top right. You also have the option to save the cart to your account, print the cart, and email the cart to an email address to return later or send it to another person. Vouchers/coupons can be entered in at the cart overview page. You can access your cart anytime in the top right of your screen.

Shipping information

  • Select country
    • Under the "Delivery" header, you first need to select your country in the drop-down menu.
    • If your country is not listed, please contact us to look at shipping options for your country.
  • View estimated shipment date
    • Based on the time and day of the week your order is placed, the estimated shipment date will be listed.
    • We are capable of same-day shipment if you submit your order by 16:00 (4 Pm) GMT +2.
  • Select shipping method
    • Same countries have more options than others, but once selected you can view the estimated arrival time of your package. For European customers, please view our UPS transit map for more accurate shipping times.
      • UPS Standard: Estimated delivery between 1-6 days.
      • UPS Access Point: Estimated delivery between 1-6 days with pickup at a UPS facility.
      • UPS Express: Estimated delivery between 1-3 days.
    • To qualify for free shipping:
      • Netherlands and Belgium: Free if total order is over €75 (excluding vat)

Order tracking

Once your order has been processed for pickup by UPS, you will receive an email notification with a tracking code. This tracking code can be used on the UPS website.

Frequently asked questions

What if my product is not in stock?

If a product is not in stock, there are two options:

  • Our current lead time will be shown, and you can order the product as normal, but with the knowledge of the added time before shipping. We will do all we can to ship it as fast as possible.
  • You can contact us to request a lead time for that specific component.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not allow any order pickups.
