Brass DN 7.2 (Euro) blue color coded air coupling plug with G 1/4 inch female threads. Color-coded couplings prevent accidental interchange and can only be connected to the same color (can be used with standard sockets as well). The operating pressure range is -0.95 (suitable for vacuums) to 35 bar. The plug is suitable for temperatures between -20 to 100°C. The flow rate is 1800 l/min.

Brass DN 7.2 (Euro) blue color coded air coupling plug with G 1/4 inch female threads. A pneumatic coupling is used to quickly connect air tools to a compressed air line. The coupling requires two parts: the socket (female) and the plug or nipple (male part). When disconnected, the coupling automatically shuts off to maintain the line pressure.

These air couplings are available in different colors with each a distinctive connection shape (octagon, triangle, circle). Plug and sockets of the same color can be combined, in this case blue. Two different colors cannot be combined. This prevents the risk of accidentally connecting to a wrong medium or pressure line. Please note that the color coded plugs are compatible to standard non-color coded sockets. The G 1/4 inch female threads allow for it to be threaded onto a matching male threaded part. This coupling is suitable for vacuum applications. The operating pressure range is -0.95 to 35 bar. The plug is suitable for temperatures between -20 to 100°C. The rated flow rate is 1800 l/min. This DN 7.2 mm has a Euro profile and is popular within Europe.

This product is compatible with: Rectus (25, 26, 1600, 1625), TEMA (1600), CEJN (320), JWL (520, 530, 560), Legris (25, 26), Parker (PE, PEF), Prevost (E ... 07), Festo (KD4 / KS4), IMI-Norgren (238), Aventics (CP1-NW 7 / 7,8). They are often referred to as compressed air couplings, compressor couplings, pneumatic fittings, air hose couplings, etc.

Pros:

  • The G 1/4 inch female threads allow for it to be threaded onto a matching male threaded part.
  • Compatible with a wide range of air couplings with the same standard profile design.
  • The blue non-interchangeable color scheme ensures that different lines cannot be accidentally connected (different gases, pressures, etc.).
  • It can be used for vacuum applications.

CLP7-F-CD series

Our air coupler offering ranges from DN 2.7 - 19 mm for standard plugs and sockets, as well as a variety of safety air couplings, compressor couplings, manifolds, compressor claw couplings, and the CEJN Multilink system. Various connection types are available for each (female threads, male threads, hose pillar, union nut, etc.) with a wide range of min and max pressures. Our non-interchangeable color-coded options give you a clear visual indicator on what lines to connect. The safety air couplings have push-buttons, swivels, and slides as a safety release function. Our 42 mm compressor claw couplings follow DIN 3498 (similar) as well as DIN 3238 (Mody) for safety applications.
