Connection 2 is a R1/2" male threaded fitting with a Teflon coating. It is a straight connection from input to output. It is an unequal fitting, so one of the ports is smaller than the other. The fitting has a brass housing, polyoxymethylene (POM) connection material, and a NBR seal. It is suitable for a max pressure of 10 bar and a temperature range of 0 – 60 °C. It is suitable for vacuum applications. The push-in fitting is easily installed by pushing the pneumatic tube against the release ring-end of the fitting until it stops, and the internal claw secures it into place. It is easily uninstalled by pushing the release ring inward towards the fitting and pulling the tubing back. It is suitable for Nylon, Polyethylene (PE), or Polyurethane (PU) tubing material.
