This automatic condensate drain solenoid valve is an effective solution for reliable and regular discharge of condensate of compressors, pressure vessels, dryers, air filters and other compressed air equipment. At fixed time intervals, the valve opens to drain the condensate. The condensate drain consists of a directly controlled solenoid valve with FKM seal in combination with an electronic timer.

The brass valve has two 1/4 inch ports with inner thread and is suitable for operating pressures between 0 and 13 bar. The power supply is 230V AC.

The timer switch can be set with two rotary knobs. The interval time is set between 0 and 45 minutes and the opening time between 0.5 and 10 seconds. The valve position is indicated by a LED indicator. With a test button, the valve can be opened manually. The automatic condensate drain has an IP65 protection rating and is suitable for temperatures between -10°C and +50°C.

Install the valve at the lowest point in the compressed air system where the condensate can be drained. After installation, the interval time and drain time can be set and the system is immediately ready for use.
