A garden hose is a flexible water hose that can be used to direct water from a tapping point to the destination. For watering a plant, filling a pond or washing a car, a garden hose is usually used. Such hoses are often made of flexible PVC. Some garden hoses have a PVC free inner hose for extra protection of the water quality. Virtually all garden hoses have been reinforced. Between the inner and outer tube there is a reinforcement of metal, plastic or another type of material. The advantage of this reinforcement is that the hose is pressure-resistant, well protected against damage, wears less quickly and it will buckle less quickly. The high-quality hoses in the range make them suitable for intensive use in gardens, but also in professional environments such as sports fields or garden centers. Garden hoses are available in different diameters, with 13 mm (1/2") and 19 mm (3/4") being the most common. The hoses are available in various lengths. Typical lengths are 20, 25 or 50 meters. 1 Meter is 3.28 foot. Typical sizes in feet are 30ft or 100ft. Various couplings are available to connect a garden hose. Which coupling piece you need depends on the application in which you want to use the hose.
