AG5 actuator 100-240 V AC 50 Nm torque with manual override
This electrical actuator allows you to control quarter turn (ball or butterfly) valves. It has an operating torque of 50 Nm and an operating time of 13 seconds with a 100-240 V AC supply voltage. Actuator mounts to a quarter turn valve with an ISO F03, F05 and F07 flanges. Durable aluminium housing, IP67 protection, and suitable for ambient environmental temperature of -10 to 50 °C.

Description
This electrical actuator allows you to control quarter turn (ball or butterfly) valves. It has an operating torque of 50 Nm (higher break torque so please see the manual) and can open/close the valve in 13 seconds with a duty cycle of S2. It requires a supply voltage of 100-240 V AC and it has a visual positioning indicator on top of the unit to clearly see valve position. As standard, it does have a manual operation cogwheel for manually rotating the actuator’s stem in case of emergency. It is designed to mount to a quarter turn ball or butterfly valve that has an ISO 5211 F03, F05 and F07 flanges. It has a durable aluminium housing making an IP67 enclosure capable of operating in an environment of -10 to 50 °C. Before connecting the actuator, please read the manual carefully.

AG5 series
The AG5 electric valve actuators from JP Fluid Control offers an extensive list of standard features that includes safety override against damage from over-torque and manual override.
