Needle Valves With Push-In Fittings

These valves are designed to control the speed of an actuator and pneumatic signals. They control the air flow by changing the size of the orifice with a needle. The flow is reduced by screwing the needle in and increased by screwing it out. These valves can also be used to shut off the air flow.

These valves have a push-in fitting, to connect a tube, on one side and a threaded fitting, to connect it to an actuator, on the other side. The push-in fitting sizes range from 4 to 12 mm and from 1/4 to 1/2 inch. The threaded nipples’ metric size is M5 x 0.8 and for imperial sizes the range is from R1/8 to R1/2 inch.

The flow rate can be adjusted during the air flow. To secure the needle in the desired position tighten the locknut. These valves affect the air flow in both directions.

The housing and the needle are made out of nickel-plated brass. The valves’ models are elbow (90 degrees) and free. The free model has a rotatable resin body which contains the push-in fitting and allows you to choose a direction of the flow.
