Create an Account and Place an Order

This guide covers everything you need to get started with Tameson: creating an account during or before checkout, placing standard orders through our website, using the quick order feature for faster bulk purchases, and uploading CSV files for large orders.

How to create an account

Create an account during checkout

  1. Navigate to your cart (https://tameson.com/cart)(https://tameson.co.uk/cart)(https://tameson.nl/cart)(https://tameson.de/cart)(https://tameson.fr/cart)(https://tameson.es/cart) and if you are done shopping, click on "Checkout".
  2. You will be moved to a new page. Enter your email address and shipping information. The email address will be used to make your account. Some fields are required. When you are done, click on "Continue to shipping".
  3. Choose your shipping method and click on "Continue to payment" when you are done.
  4. Choose your payment method and billing address and complete the purchase.
  5. After completing the purchase, you can finish creating your account.

Create an account before checkout

  1. Go to https://tameson.com/https://tameson.co.uk/https://tameson.nl/https://tameson.de/https://tameson.fr/https://tameson.es/.
  2. Click on "Account" in the top right corner of the home page.
  3. You will be moved to a new page. Click on "Register a new account".
  4. Type in your email address, name, and password. When you are done, click on "Sign up".
  5. You will be moved to a new page. Fill in your details, such as your company's name, VAT number, etc. Some fields are required. When you are done, click on "Confirm".
  6. You will be moved to a new page. That's it! You have successfully created an account.

How to place an order with Tameson

  1. Visit https://tameson.com/https://tameson.co.uk/https://tameson.nl/https://tameson.de/https://tameson.fr/https://tameson.es/.
  2. Browse the website and add products to your cart.
  3. You can access your cart page by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the website or by visiting https://tameson.com/carthttps://tameson.co.uk/carthttps://tameson.nl/carthttps://tameson.de/carthttps://tameson.fr/carthttps://tameson.es/cart. When you are in your cart page, you can change the quantity of products you wish to buy or remove the products from your cart.
    1. If you cannot find the right product or the product is not available in the right quantity, please contact our customer service. We are often able to offer a suitable solution.
  4. When you are done shopping and in your cart, click on "Checkout".
  5. You will be moved to a new page. if you are not already logged in with your account, enter your email address and shipping information. If you are logged in, the shipping information should update automatically with the information from your account. Some fields are required. When you are done, click on "Continue to shipping".
  6. Choose your shipping method and click on "Continue to payment" when you are done.
  7. Choose your payment method and billing address and complete the purchase. Tameson is a Dutch company, check our delivery page for important VAT information.
  8. By completing the purchase, you will have successfully placed an order.

How to place a quick order

  1. Visit tameson.com.
  2. Go to the quick order page by either:
    1. Opening the Support drop down menu at the top of the screen and clicking "Quick Order."
    2. Navigating to an empty cart page tameson.com/cart or clicking on the shopping cart button in the top right corner.
    3. Navigate to your cart with products in it and click on "Add multiple products" at the top of the page.
  3. Input a product's SKU or Reference. This is found on a product's page. For example, this product's SKU/Reference is CM-DA014B020E-120AC.
  4. Input the quantity you want to purchase.
  5. To input more products, click the + button to add a new input line.
  6. Click the "Add to Cart" button to finish adding the products to your cart.

Upload a CSV file

  1. Click "or upload CSV" on the Quick Order page.
  2. Click "example file" to download our "bulk-add-products-sample" excel document.
  3. Each row is for a specific product. For example, in Row 1 input the SKU and quantity for the first product. In Row 2 input the SKU and quantity for the second product, etc.
  4. In Column A, input the product's SKU. In Column B, input the quantity of products.
  5. When finished, save the file as a CSV file.
  6. On the quick order page, click "Choose file" to upload the CSV file.
  7. Finally, push the "Upload" button and the products will be added to your cart.
