Pressure Control Valves With Push-In Fittings
Pressure control valves with push-in fittings reduce the inlet pressure to a preset pressure for the outlet. The threaded side is the inlet and the push-in side is the outlet. An internal needle valve allows you to adjust the preset pressure and an internal check valve allows pressure control from inlet to outlet and free air flow from outlet to inlet.
These valves have a push-in fitting, to connect a tube, on one side and a threaded fitting, to connect it to the actuator, on the other side. The push-in fitting sizes range from 4 to 12 mm. The threaded nipples' metric size is M5 x 0.8 and for imperial sizes range from R1/8 to R1/2 inch.
The pressure controllers are especially useful as energy-saving elements. They reduce supply pressure on the retracting stroke thus saving the compressed air. These controllers have elbow and straight models.
