Technology

“Having studied the integration of technology into society I figure that technologies and ideas are the same. The latter is just the qualitative form of the former, each with their own set of affordances that shape the world we will live in. Here at Tameson I am glad to work with technologies that afford the world more possibilities. It excites me to see what kind of companies and individuals leverage our technologies, from manufacturing and agriculture to food processing and commercial space flight. Not many technologies can boast such a range of applications and afford the world so much possibility.”

Purchasing & warehouse operations

“I started as the warehouse manager within Tameson, which meant that I focused mainly on booking deliveries and fulfilling deliveries to our customers. This role quickly ramped up to executing the colossal move of all of our remaining products from our Eindhoven based warehouse to the new warehouse in Roosendaal. Soon-after I became involved in purchasing where half of my responsibilities currently lie. I start the day by sending purchase orders to our international suppliers after which I focus on ensuring that the warehouse operations are running smoothly, such that there are as few delays as possible for our customers. I end the day with completing more purchases from our suppliers and communicating with our warehouse in Roosendaal about supplier deliveries.”
