Belimo Sensor Controlled PI-CCV 3/4x1 Kvs2.5 24VAC/DC Fail-Safe BACnet/Modbus/MP-Bus Two Sensors EV020R2+KBAC
This Belimo Energy Valve consists of a 2-way characterized control valve, a volumetric flow meter, two temperature sensors and an actuator. The valve is made of brass and has EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 20 and the port size is Rp 3/4 inch and G 1 inch with female threads. With its integrated characterizing disc, it ensures equal percentage flow control, enabling precise and consistent regulation of fluid flow. The maximum pressure differential is 3.5 bar (50.8 psi). The valve can operate between -10 and 120 °C (14 to 248 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 2.5 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 2.89 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The actuator supports BACnet MSTP/Modbus RTU/MP-Bus communication protocols and provides precise position feedback in the range of 0-10 V or 2-10 V DC, ensuring accurate and responsive control in various applications. The rotary knob allows you to set the fail-safe position between 0% and 100% in 10% increments. It controls the angle of rotation. If there's a power failure, the actuator will move to the chosen fail-safe position. The thermal energy meter currently has a sensor (T2) installed, while the installation of the second sensor (T1) is required at the opposite side of the water circuit onsite. The actuator has an IP54 protection rating. The direction of flow, indicated by an arrow on the housing, is of utmost importance to prevent damage to the ball valve.

Series:
The Belimo EV-KBAC/BAC is a characterized control valve that comes with a thermal energy meter and a sensor-operated flow or power control. It features power and energy monitoring function and is designed to be a 2-way/3-way/6-way valve with both internal and external threading, rated at PN 25. It operates at a nominal voltage of AC/DC 24 V and offers modulating, communicative, and hybrid control. Ideal for closed cold and warm water systems, it facilitates modulating control of air-handling and heating systems on the water side. It provides Ethernet 10/100 Mbit/s, TCP/IP, and an integrated web server. Communication is made possible via BACnet, Modbus, Belimo MP-Bus, or conventional control. The valve supports PoE (Power over Ethernet) power supply, and can convert sensor signals. It is available in sizes ranging from DN15-50.
