Belimo Actuator 0-10V Fail-Safe 24VAC/DC 20Nm IP54 90s SRF24A-SZ

This Belimo electrical actuator is designed for controlling quarter turn valves. The actuator delivers a torque of 20 Nm and can open/close the valve in 90 seconds. This actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC and has a visual positioning indicator to clearly see the valve position. The actuator utilizes a 0-10 V control type and provides position feedback, enabling precise control of its movements and accurate monitoring of its position within the specified voltage range. The actuator contains an internal spring that returns the valve to its default position when the voltage is neutral. The actuator has a durable plastic housing and has an IP54 protection rating. This actuator can operate within ambient temperatures between -30 and 50 °C (-22 and 122 °F). The actuator comes with a 1-meter power cable.

The actuator is equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. The valve can be manually operated and adjusted to any position using a hand crank. Unlocking can be done manually or automatically by applying the operating voltage. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The actuator connects with a standard 0-10 V control signal. The actuator moves the valve to the operating position while also tensioning the return spring. The valve returns to the fail-safe position by spring force when the supply voltage is interrupted. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
