Belimo 3-Way Globe Valve DN65 Flange 30mm Stroke Kvs63 24VAC/DC 150s BACnet 2500N IP54 H765N/EV24A-MOD

This is a Belimo 3-way globe valve with a coated cast iron housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 65 and the flange size is DN 65. The valve cone features an equipercentual characteristic according to VDI/VDE 2173, optimized within its opening range. The maximum pressure differential is 4 bar (58 psi). The valve can operate between 5 and 120 °C (41 to 248 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 63 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 72.89 gpm. The valve's stroke length is 30 mm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The actuator supports BACnet MSTP/Modbus RTU/MP-Bus communication protocols and requires product ZTH EU for setting the protocol address and linking the actuator to the system. Furthermore, ZTH EU allows the setting of an analog 0-10V or 2-10V control signal. The actuator opens/closes the valve in 150 seconds. The actuator has an IP54 rating.

The actuator, equipped with overload protection, doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible with a push-button, which disengages the gear train for as long as the button is pressed or locked. Stroke adjustments can be made using a 5mm hexagon socket screw key inserted at the actuator's top, with the stem extending when turned clockwise. The actuator can be directly mounted on the globe valve using form-fit hollow clamping jaws and it can be rotated 360° on the valve neck. The actuator comes with an inbuilt interface for BACnet MSTP, Modbus RTU, and MP-Bus. It obtains the digital control signal from the control system and provides the present status. The default factory setting retracts the actuator stem.
