This is a 2-way characterized Belimo ball valve with a nickel-plated brass housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 40 and the port size is G 2 1/4 inch with male threads. The actuator opens/closes the valve in 90 seconds. The actuator has an IP54 rating. The actuator, equipped with overload protection, doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. The valve can be manually operated and secured in any position using a hand crank. Unlocking can be done manually or automatically by applying the operating voltage. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The actuator connects with a standard 0-10 V control signal. The actuator moves the valve to the operating position while also tensioning the return spring. The valve returns to the fail-safe position by spring force when the supply voltage is interrupted. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
