The actuator, equipped with overload protection, doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible using a push-button, which disengages the gear train as long as the button is pressed or remains locked. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The actuator comes with an inbuilt interface for BACnet MSTP and Modbus RTU. It obtains the digital control signal from the control system and provides the present status. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
