Belimo Actuator for Globe Valve 20mm Stroke 24VAC/DC 1500N BACnet/Modbus/MP-Bus IP54 150s SV24A-MOD

This Belimo linear electrical actuator is designed for controlling globe valves. The stroke length is 20 mm. The actuator delivers a force of 1500 N and can open/close the valve in 150 seconds. This actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC and has a visual positioning indicator to clearly see the valve position. The actuator supports BACnet MSTP/Modbus RTU/MP-Bus communication protocols and requires product ZTH EU for setting the protocol address and linking the actuator to the system. Furthermore, ZTH EU allows the setting of an analog 0-10V or 2-10V control signal. The actuator has a durable plastic housing and has an IP54 protection rating. This actuator can operate within ambient temperatures between 0 and 50 °C (32 and 122 °F). The actuator comes with a 1-meter power cable.

The actuator is equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible with a push-button, which disengages the gear train for as long as the button is pressed or locked. The stroke can be adjusted using a 4mm hexagon socket screw key inserted at the actuator's top, with the stroke shaft extending when turned clockwise. The actuator can be directly mounted on the globe valve using form-fit hollow clamping jaws and it can be rotated 360° on the valve neck. The actuator comes with an inbuilt interface for BACnet MSTP, Modbus RTU, and MP-Bus. It obtains the digital control signal from the control system and provides the present status. The default factory setting retracts the actuator stem.
