The gas approved flanged ball valve selection offers PN 40 DVGW tested valves for use in gas applications. The cast iron housing makes it suitable for a wide variety of media, such as water, oil, compressed air and fuel gases. The valves are also suitable for vacuum applications. The valves have standardized flanges for connection, sizes range from DN 50 to DN 125. Length of the valves are in accordance with DIN 3202-F4 standard. The whole selection is handle operated. Turning the handle a quarter turn will open or close the valve. When the handle is in line with the pipe, the valve is open. When the handle is perpendicular to the pipe, the valve is closed. The selection includes a wide choice of full bore versions with an unobstructed flow path and excellent flow characteristics. The selection includes ISO-top valves with a mounting flange n accordance with ISO 5211. This makes valves suitable for electrical and pneumatic actuation. Please note that there are different sizes in the ISO 5211 standard, such as F03, F04, etc. Check carefully if the actuator fits the mounting flange and consult our technical staff in case of doubt. These valves are made in accordance with the EN 14141 standard.
