Collection:Brass Y Check Valves PN16

Brass Y check valves are designed to allow fluid to flow in one direction only. These valves are built with a brass housing and a seat seal made from either NBR, EPDM or FKM. The valves operate efficiently within a temperature range of -10°C to +90°C for NBR and EPDM seals. The valves with FKM seals are suitable for temperatures from -20°C to +200°C. FKM seals are available only for valves up to 2".

Several different versions are available. Valves conforming to DIN 3202-M8 length standard. Y check valves with a test screw on the bottom for easier maintenance and inspection. The DVGW-certified versions meet strict standards for drinking water systems. However, since they use EPDM seals, they are not suitable for systems with mineral oils.

The design of Y check valves allows for easy inspection and servicing without disconnecting the valve from the system, thanks to the angled placement of the movable components. This feature not only enhances the ease of maintenance but also ensures long-term reliability in various plumbing and industrial applications.
