Collection:Loose Flanges DIN 2642 PN10

These loose flanges are paired with welding collars (flared discs) for lap‑joint configurations. The flange is slipped over the pipe and held in place by the welding collar during welding. After welding, the collar is removed and the flange provides the joint against a mating stub‑end or lap joint ring. Ideal for applications requiring frequent dismantling or corrosion‑resistant joint ends (e.g. stainless steel piping). They are fully compatible with DIN 2642 and, certain sizes, with EN 1092‑1 Type 02. These flanges are available in galvanized steel solid material, 1.4571 full material, 1.4301 pressed. They are suitable for nominal pipe sizes from DN 10 to DN 300 and nominal pressure of PN 10.
