XPZ 9.7x8 Mm Cogged Metric V-Belts DIN 7753
Cogged metric - Contrary to the types mentioned above, this V-belt is not sheathed and is designed according to DIN 7753. The belts are cogged and have open flanks. In comparison to sheathed V-belts, they are more wear-resistant and can transmit more power. Thanks to the coggs and the absence of the sheathing, they are more flexible than narrow profile V-belts. As a result, the belt may be used on smaller sheaves. This belt type is therefore the most appropriate choice in many situations. Applications include: conveyor drives, industrial fans, blowers, oil field and agricultural equipment.
