10mm - 12mm Aluminum Check Valve

This is an unequal union straight spring loaded check valve that allows free flow in one direction and prevents it from going in the opposite direction. It has a 12 mm push-in fitting on one side and a 12 mm push-in fitting on the other side. The push-in fitting provides an easy connection with the tubing. Push the tube in and the fitting will fix it with stainless steel claws. The flow is metered going from the push-in fitting port to the male threaded port.

It is suitable for a maximum operating pressure of 9 bar (130.5 psi. Also suitable for vacuum applications at a pressure of -1 bar (-14.5 psi). It has NBR seals that make it suitable for applications within a temperature range from 0 to 60°C (32 to 140 °F) (no freezing).

CVG series

The CVG - series includes straight spring loaded check valves that provide one-directional flow of the air. These valves have a 10 mm push-in fitting on one side and a 12 mm push-in fitting on the other side. The maximum operating pressure is at 9 bar, also suitable for vacuum applications at a minimum pressure of -1 bar. These valves have a cracking pressure of 0.1 bar. The check valves are NBR sealed which make them suitable for a temperature range from 0 to 60°C (no freezing).
