94% 37.2l/min Vacuum Generator 6mm Push-In
This single-stage vacuum generator can generate a vacuum of up to 94%. Compressed air is guided through a venturi tube to create a vacuum. It has a vacuum rate of 37.2 l/min (2.23 m3/h, 1.3 scfm) at 0% vacuum and an air consumption of 27.6 l/min (1.66 m3/h, 0.97 scfm). The evacuation time (1 l to 50% vacuum) is 1.6 s. It's made from plastic. The connection ports are 6 mm push-in. The operating pressure is from 1 to 7 bar (14.5 to 101.5 psi). Suitable for a temperature range of -10 °C to 80 °C (14 °F to 176 °F).

This vacuum generator (also known as vacuum ejector) is designed to generate a vacuum level that is required for pick and place applications of objects and works based on the Venturi effect. The compressed air pressure range is 1 to 7 bar (14.5 to 101.5 psi), but the optimal pressure is 5 bar (72.5 psi). At this pressure, the maximum vacuum level is 94% and the air consumption is 27.6 l/min (1.66 m3/h, 0.97 scfm). The vacuum rate decreases with increasing vacuum levels and is maximally 37.2 l/min (2.23 m3/h, 1.3 scfm). The evacuation time 1 l to 50% vacuum is 1.6 s. The VEL series generators are single-stage vacuum ejectors. The ejectors from this series can a generate vacuum of up to 94%. Depending on the vacuum level, the vacuum rate varies from 13 to 41.4 l/min (0.78-2.48 m3/h, 0.46-1.45 scfm) and the evacuation time ranges from 1.4-7.3 s. The air consumption range is from 7.2 to 27.6 l/min (0.43-1.66 m3/h, 0.25-0.97 scfm). They have either two push-in connections or three G 1/8 inch ports.
