Bürkert direct operating 3/2-way solenoid valve with G3/4'' inner threads and 230V AC (alternating current) coil. The valve has a brass housing with NBR sealing and an orifice size of 20 mm. The circuit function of the solenoid valve is diverting, which means the valve inlet port connects to one of the two outlet ports, depending on the valve's state. This model is media separated and can therefore be used for slightly contaminated and aggressive media. The brass housing is durable, suitable for neutral fluids and resistant to many chemicals. The NBR (nitrile rubber) sealing is suited for water, air, alcohol and is fairly resistant to oil and petrol. NBR is unsatisfactory with oxidising fluids. Consult our chemical resistance chart to verify compatibility of housing and seals with the medium.

Important advantages

  • Can be used with slightly contaminated or aggressive media thanks to the media separated design
  • Bürkert design: proven reliability & durability

0131 series

The Bürkert 0131 valve is a direct-acting toggle valve with a PVC, brass or PVDF housing. The valve has diameter sizes up to DN 25 and can operate from 0 to 3 bar depending on the version. Thanks to the diaphragm-separation between the actuator and the fluid body, aggressive media such as acids and alkaline solutions can also be controlled safely. All DC variants are energy efficient leading to a longer life cycle. The valve has a vibration-proof coil system design, an electric position feedback system to determine the state of the valve and it has a robust manual override which can be used for commissioning and testing.
