ACE self-adjusting industrial shock absorber with M 25x1,5 body thread and 40 mm stroke rated for up to 110 Nm per stroke, 90000 Nm/h continuous, effective mass 340 - 2088 kg, operating temperature 0°C to max. +66°C (SC 45...: -12°C to max. +66°C (10 to +151 °F)). The fixed damping profile absorbs energy across the rated mass range without setup. Used as an end-of-stroke buffer on heavy machine axes, cranes, hoists, transfer systems, and conveyor end stops where high kinetic energy must be absorbed safely.

Pros:

  • Fixed damping profile for 340–2088 kg, no setup or tuning required
  • Up to 110 Nm/stroke, 90000 Nm/h on a M 25x1,5 body, 40 mm stroke
  • Sealed and maintenance-free, drop-in on standard machine axes

Cons:

  • Outside 340–2088 kg the damping curve is no longer optimal
  • Rated 0 to +66 °C (32 to +151 °F); check before sub-zero or hot service
  • Off-axis impacts shorten life; add a side load adapter when needed
