Belimo Actuator 24VAC/DC 20Nm BACnet/Modbus RJ12 IP40 90s SR24A-MOD-J6

This Belimo electrical actuator is designed for controlling quarter turn valves. The actuator delivers a torque of 20 Nm and can open/close the valve in 90 seconds. This actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC and has a visual positioning indicator to clearly see the valve position. The actuator is designed with BACnet MSTP/Modbus RTU control, offering reliable and robust communication protocols for efficient operation and integration within the networked control environment. The actuator has a durable plastic housing and has an IP40 protection rating. This actuator can operate within ambient temperatures between -30 and 50 °C (-22 and 122 °F). The actuator is connected to the supply control using a connector socket RJ12.

The actuator is equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible using a push-button, which disengages the gear train as long as the button is pressed or remains locked. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The actuator comes with an inbuilt interface for BACnet MSTP and Modbus RTU. It obtains the digital control signal from the control system and provides the present status. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
