Belimo Actuator 2-10V 24VAC/DC 2Nm IP54 15s TRC24A-SR

This Belimo electrical actuator is designed for controlling quarter turn valves. The actuator delivers a torque of 2 Nm and can open/close the valve in 15 seconds. This actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC and has a visual positioning indicator to clearly see the valve position. The modulating actuator is requires a 2-10 V input and offers position feedback, ensuring precise control over its operation and accurate monitoring of its position within the designated voltage range. The actuator has a durable plastic housing and has an IP54 protection rating. This actuator can operate within ambient temperatures between -30 and 50 °C (-22 and 122 °F). The actuator comes with a 1-meter power cable.

To manually change the position, press and hold the override button, then turn the lever. The actuator automatically switches off when end stops are reached, with a pulse duration of ≥0.5 s. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The actuator can be controlled with a standard control signal of 2-10 V and moves to the position dictated by the control signal. Voltage measurement is employed both for visually displaying the valve position within the 0.5% to 100% range and as a control signal for other actuators. The actuator is protected from overload, doesn't require limit switches, and automatically halts upon reaching the end stop. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
