Description
This Belimo electrical actuator is designed for controlling quarter turn valves. The actuator delivers a torque of 16 Nm and can open/close the valve in 9 seconds. This actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC and has a visual positioning indicator to clearly see the valve position. The actuator features two-point (open-close) control. The actuator has a durable plastic housing and has an IP54 protection rating. This actuator can operate within ambient temperatures between -30 and 40 °C (-22 and 104 °F). The actuator is equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible using a push-button, which disengages the gear train as long as the button is pressed or remains locked. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
