This Belimo electrical actuator is designed for controlling quarter turn valves. The actuator delivers a torque of 160 Nm and can open/close the valve in 35 seconds. This actuator requires a supply voltage of 24-125 V DC / 24-240 V AC and has a visual positioning indicator to clearly see the valve position. The actuator features two-point and three-point control. The actuator mounts to a quarter turn valve with an ISO 5211 F07 flanges. The actuator has a durable plastic housing and has an IP67 protection rating. This actuator can operate within ambient temperatures between -30 and 50 °C (-22 and 122 °F). The actuator is equipped with 2 x SPDT auxiliary switches. A power cable can be easily attached via the terminal block.

Description
This Belimo electrical actuator is designed for controlling quarter turn valves. The actuator delivers a torque of 160 Nm and can open/close the valve in 35 seconds. This actuator requires a supply voltage of 24-125 V DC / 24-240 V AC and has a visual positioning indicator to clearly see the valve position. The actuator features two-point and three-point control. The actuator mounts to a quarter turn valve with an ISO 5211 F07 flanges. The actuator has a durable plastic housing and has an IP67 protection rating. This actuator can operate within ambient temperatures between -30 and 50 °C (-22 and 122 °F). The actuator is equipped with 2 x SPDT auxiliary switches. An internal heater prevents condensation. The built-in heater automatically switches on/off thanks to the integrated temperature and humidity sensor.
Manual operation of the valve can be done using a hand crank. Manual unlocking is done by removing the hand crank.
The actuator is equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. The actuator can be directly mounted on the butterfly valve. The mounting orientation relative to the butterfly valve can be chosen in increments of 90°. The actuator is suitable for outdoor use and is protected against UV radiation, dirt/dust, rain/snow, and air humidity. The factory settings cater to most common applications. Parametrization via Near Field Communication (NFC) requires the Belimo Assistant App, which simplifies commissioning and provides various diagnostic options. The ZTH EU service tool provides a range of diagnostic and setting options.
