Description
This 2-way ball valve from Tameson with a nominal diameter of 20 mm is designed for on/off flow control.. The valve has 25 mm solvent sockets on both sides. Thanks to the true union design, the valve can be easily installed or removed.
The housing of the valve is made of plastic, the ball is made of and the seals are made of EPDM. The valve is suitable for various media and is often used in applications such as irrigation, swimming pools, water supply and drainage. The valve can be used up to a max pressure of 16 bar (232 psi) and within a temperature range between -10 and 60 °C (14 and 140 °F).
Use the handle to operate the valve. By rotating it 90 degrees, the valve will open or close. If the handle is perpendicular to the pipe, the valve is closed. This valve is not suitable for electrical or pneumatic control. For this purpose, valves with an ISO-Top flange (ISO 5211) are recommended.
