Description
Stainless steel 316L DN 2.7 (micro) air coupling plug with a union nut for 4x6 mm hoses. A pneumatic coupling is used to quickly connect air tools to a compressed air line. The coupling requires two parts: the socket (female) and the plug or nipple (male part). When disconnected, the coupling automatically shuts off to maintain the line pressure.
This coupling is suitable for vacuum applications. The operating pressure range is -0.95 to 35 bar. The plug is suitable for temperatures between -15 to 200°C. The rated flow rate is 165 l/min. The housing material is stainless steel 316L (1.4404).
This product is compatible with: Rectus (20, 91), Walther (06-003), Festo (KD2/KS2), IMI-Norgren (232), Aventics (CP1-NW 2,7) . They are often referred to as compressed air couplings, compressor couplings, pneumatic fittings, air hose couplings, etc.
Pros:
- Compatible with a wide range of air couplings with the same standard profile design.
- The very compact design saves space and weight.
- It can be used for vacuum applications.

Our air coupler offering ranges from DN 2.7 - 19 mm for standard plugs and sockets, as well as a variety of safety air couplings, compressor couplings, manifolds, compressor claw couplings, and the CEJN Multilink system. Various connection types are available for each (female threads, male threads, hose pillar, union nut, etc.) with a wide range of min and max pressures. Our non-interchangeable color-coded options give you a clear visual indicator on what lines to connect. The safety air couplings have push-buttons, swivels, and slides as a safety release function. Our 42 mm compressor claw couplings follow DIN 3498 (similar) as well as DIN 3238 (Mody) for safety applications.
