Nickel-plated brass DN 7.2 (Euro) air coupling plug with G 1/2 inch male threads. A pneumatic coupling is used to quickly connect air tools to a compressed air line. The coupling requires two parts: the socket (female) and the plug or nipple (male part). When disconnected, the coupling automatically shuts off to maintain the line pressure.

The G 1/2 inch male threads allow for it to be threaded onto a matching female threaded part. This coupling is suitable for vacuum applications. The plug has a double sided shut-off design. When the plug is disconnected, it shuts off flow in both directions. Please note that these plugs only operate with special double sided shut-off sockets! These sockets have an extra pin to open the valve in the plug when connected. The operating pressure range is -0.95 to 35 bar. The plug is suitable for temperatures between -20 to 100°C. The rated flow rate is 800 l/min. The seal material is NBR (nitrile rubber). The Nickel-plated brass housing has a nickel-plated surface protection. This DN 7.2 mm has a Euro profile and is popular within Europe.

This product is compatible with: Rectus (25, 26, 1600, 1625), TEMA (1600), CEJN (320), JWL (520, 530, 560), Legris (25, 26), Parker (PE, PEF), Prevost (E ... 07), Festo (KD4 / KS4), IMI-Norgren (238), Aventics (CP1-NW 7 / 7,8). They are often referred to as compressed air couplings, compressor couplings, pneumatic fittings, air hose couplings, etc.

Pros:

  • The G 1/2 inch male threads allow for it to be threaded onto a matching female threaded part.
  • Compatible with a wide range of air couplings with the same standard profile design.
  • It can be used for vacuum applications.
  • The plug has a double sided shut-off design, which allows for both the system up and down stream to remain pressurized when disconnected.

CLP7-M series

Our air coupler offering ranges from DN 2.7 - 19 mm for standard plugs and sockets, as well as a variety of safety air couplings, compressor couplings, manifolds, compressor claw couplings, and the CEJN Multilink system. Various connection types are available for each (female threads, male threads, hose pillar, union nut, etc.) with a wide range of min and max pressures. Our non-interchangeable color-coded options give you a clear visual indicator on what lines to connect. The safety air couplings have push-buttons, swivels, and slides as a safety release function. Our 42 mm compressor claw couplings follow DIN 3498 (similar) as well as DIN 3238 (Mody) for safety applications.
