The item is a cross unit for lightning protection, made from steel and designed in accordance with EN 62561-1. It is used for both aboveground and underground connection of round and flat conductors. The cross unit has a connection type of cross-coupling with a diameter for the round conductor of between 8mm and 10mm, and 30mm for the flat conductor. A similar measurement applies to the second set of conductors. For surface protection, the unit features thermo-galvanized shielding and comes with M8 screws. It does not include an intermediate plate.
