The Dehn HVI Power Conductor is a high-voltage-resistant, insulated down conductor for lightning protection systems. It is comprised of a 25mm² cross-sectioned copper conductor with a black, untreated outer sheath, and a composition of seven class 2 struck threads. The conductor features an XLPE (VPE) sheath and a nominal conductor diameter of 5.6mm. Installable within a support tube, it maintains a safe distance from conductive components, according to IEC/EN 62305-3 standards, preventing dangerous flashovers. It can discharge high lightning impulse voltages, has an internal sealing end, equipotential bonding spring element, air-termination tip, and an earth connection element.
