This is an Ex isolating spark gap designed for indirect connection or earthing of isolated installation parts under lightning conditions. It's intended for secure installation in Ex zone 2 (gases), with a lightning current (10/350) of 50kA and nominal spark-over voltage of 2.5kV. It maintains a nominal line frequency holding voltage of 300V and is fitted with a flange and an RVS 304 (V2A) connection. ATEX-certified for use in hazardous areas (zone 2), it complies with IEC 62305 for lightning equipotential bonding and features a protection rating of IP54. The design includes a flexible conductor connection.
