The Dehn PHE III is a capacitive voltage detector used for verifying safe isolation from supply voltage at the working location in all poles of electrical installations, in compliance with EN/IEC 61243-1 (DIN VDE 0682-411) and EN 50110-1 (DIN VDE 0105-100). It is suitable for switchgear installations and overhead lines, marked as category "S". The device comes with a universal gear coupling in accordance with EN/IEC 60832 (DIN VDE 0682-211) and can also be utilized in wet weather conditions. With a nominal voltage range of 10-30kV and a total length of 1110mm, it provides both visual and acoustic indications with a self-testing element.
