The Dehn operating rod, with a 30mm diameter, is a switching stick suitable for indoor and outdoor installations. It adheres to DIN VDE V 0681-1 and -2, designed to actuate and isolate disconnectors following EN 50110 (DIN VDE 0105-100). It can also be used as an operating rod following DIN VDE 0682-552 to insert insulating protective shutters in electrical installations. The operating rod is designed for high-voltage applications ranging between 1-36kV. It is capable of working under tension with a total length of 1500mm and a dip depth of 415mm. It is built to withstand a maximum headload of 7.5kg and comes with handle termination fitted with an end cap.
