The Eaton Industries XBoard Rail System Conductor Terminal is suitable for connecting flat bus bars with a thickness of 5mm and a max nominal operating current of 440A. The terminal possesses a width of 23.5mm and a termination space of 17x15mm. It is directly terminated for usage of 16-120mm² AWG 4-MCM 250, and has options for 4x16x0.8mm, 6x16x0.8mm, or 10x16x0.8mm wires. The terminal includes an integrated retaining spring as well as an open terminal chamber with a captive fixing screw. This terminal can be also utilized for the SASY60i and SASY185i systems.
