The Eaton Industries MCCB residual current relay is a power switch that offers diverse application options for global use with its flexible and easy mounting due to modular function groups. This circuit breaker is suitable for both three-phase and single-phase systems. It is sensitive to pulse current following the core-balance principle, approved per IEC/EN 60947-2 but not UL/CSA. Its features include main voltage independence, fixed delay time setting, trip indication and a warning message showcased by a yellow LED. It has provisions for max. 2 user-installable auxiliary contacts, reset button and certain restricted combinations with other kits and devices. The rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity depends on the fitted NZM1, NS1 or back-up fuse when using a switch-disconnector N1.
