This is a 3-way characterized Belimo ball valve with a nickel-plated brass housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 15 and the port size is G 1 inch with male threads. The actuator, equipped with overload protection, the actuator doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible with a magnet, which disengages the gear train as long as the magnet sticks to the magnet symbol. A Z-MA magnet for gear train disengagement is included. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The actuator can be adjusted from 90° (A-AB = 100%) in increments of 2.5°. The scale represents 25-100% of the kvs value. The actuator links with a standard 2-10 V control signal and moves to the position outlined by the control signal. Voltage measurement is employed both for visually displaying the valve position within the 0.5% to 100% range and as a control signal for other actuators. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
