This is a Belimo 3-way characterized ball valve with a nickel-plated brass housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 40 and the port size is Rp 1 1/2 inch with female threads. With its integrated characterizing disc, it ensures equal percentage flow control, enabling precise and consistent regulation of fluid flow. The maximum pressure differential is 3.5 bar (50.8 psi). The valve can operate between -10 and 120 °C (14 to 248 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 16 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 18.51 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. With its integrated characterizing disc, it ensures equal percentage flow control, enabling precise and consistent regulation of fluid flow. The maximum pressure differential is 3.5 bar (50.8 psi). The valve can operate between -10 and 120 °C (14 to 248 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 16 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 18.51 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The actuator features two-point and three-point control. The actuator opens/closes the valve in 90 seconds. The actuator has an IP54 rating.

The actuator, equipped with overload protection, doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible using a push-button, which disengages the gear train as long as the button is pressed or remains locked. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops.
