This is a Belimo 3-way characterized ball valve with a nickel-plated brass housing and EPDM sealing. The bore diameter of the valve is DN 20 and the port size is Rp 3/4 inch with female threads. With its integrated characterizing disc, it ensures equal percentage flow control, enabling precise and consistent regulation of fluid flow. The maximum pressure differential is 3.5 bar (50.8 psi). The valve can operate between -10 and 120 °C (14 to 248 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 6.3 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 7.29 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. The actuator, equipped with overload protection, doesn't need limit switches and will stop automatically when the end stop is reached. Manual override is possible using a push-button, which disengages the gear train as long as the button is pressed or remains locked. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments. The rotation angle can be adjusted with mechanical end stops. Upon initial power supply, i.e., during commissioning, the actuator performs an adaptation where the operating range and position feedback adjust to the mechanical setting range. The actuator then moves into the position defined by the control signal.
