With its integrated characterizing disc, it ensures equal percentage flow control, enabling precise and consistent regulation of fluid flow. The maximum pressure differential is 2 bar (29 psi). The valve can operate between 6 and 100 °C (43 to 212 °F). The Kv value of the valve is 2.5 m3/h, equivalent to a Cv-value of 2.89 gpm. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC. Manual override is possible using a lever, which disengages the gearing as long as the self-resetting lever is pressed. The actuator automatically switches off when end stops are reached, with a pulse duration of ≥0.5 s. The actuator can be directly mounted on the ball valve using a single screw. The mounting orientation relative to the ball valve can be chosen in 90° increments.
