Insertion electromagnetic flow meter with backlit display for conductive liquids, including water, acids, and bases. No moving parts in the flow path, so it is suitable for dosing and abrasive media that would wear a paddle-wheel meter. The display shows flow rate and total volume without a separate readout. An insertion meter reaches a probe into the pipe through a single port, so one compact unit fits a wide range of pipe sizes without a full-bore meter body. The flow meter requires a matching installation fitting such as the Bürkert S020 to mount the meter in a line. Rated for media up to 110 °C, for hot lines and clean-in-place cycles. Not suitable for non-conductive liquids such as oils or deionized water; for these, use a paddle-wheel or oval-gear meter. The meter measures 0.4 to 75000 l/min; the usable part of that range depends on the chosen S020 fitting and pipe diameter (DN).
