Description
The "Slave" presence detector is used to extend the detection field of a "Master" presence detector. This detector has a 360° detection field and is perfect for recessed ceiling mounting. It can detect within a range of up to 24 meters in diameter, making it a cost-efficient system upgrade with the possibility of up to 10 additional extensions. This makes it ideal for spaces with high ceilings, such as sports halls and warehouses.
The "Master" detector sets all parameters, and the "Slave" device simply records movements and relays them to the "Master". The device is recessed-mounted by default and comes with a white cover and a design ring rated IP 20. There is also a universal surface-mounted box rated IP 54, which comes with a double diaphragm line entrance, available as an accessory.
The device also features double plug-in terminals for through-wiring. It's a modular system consisting of a power box and a plug-in sensor. The power box can be installed or connected after the painting work is completed, and the sensor can simply be plugged in. The power box's total height is low, offering considerable wiring space.
