This motion detector from ESYLUX's COMPACT EXPRESS series is a motion-responsive detector with a 360° detection angle, a range of approximately 6/8 meters (frontal/cross). Perfect for small spaces and transit areas, restrooms or small work areas with no or little natural light. The motion detector is only suitable for ceiling mounting (optimally at a height of 3 meters, maximum 5 meters). The higher you hang the motion detector, the greater the range, only the sensitivity also decreases. With the motion detector, your lights will not have to be left on unnecessarily and you will save electricity.

Description
Recessed ceiling-mounted motion detector with 360-degree field of detection for demand-responsive lighting control and therefore noticeable energy cost reductions.
The range of up to 8 m across is ideal for use in small rooms, passageways, toilets, small offices, or hallways with very little or no natural lighting. It comes with a 1.0 m pre-assembled GST18i3 inlet and outlet.
This detector is equipped with a 16 A high-performance relay (tungsten pre-contact), making it ideal for switching capacitive loads such as:
- Electronic ballasts
- Parallel-compensated fluorescent lamps
- Compact fluorescent lamps
- Energy-saving lamps
Default settings ensure immediate operability. Simple programming using remote control with 'blue mode' technology is also possible.
The small overall dimensions with a ceiling cut of 68 mm diameter make this detector inconspicuous but effective in its application.
An additional switch input for individual manual lighting control is included.
The field of detection can be extended with a parallel connection of a maximum of 8 detectors. Targeted masking out of areas is possible by means of an enclosed lens mask.
