This motion detector from ESYLUX's COMPACT EXPRESS series is a presence detector that responds to light and heat sources, with a 360° detection angle, a range of approximately 6/8 meters (frontal/cross). Perfect for small spaces and transit areas or small work areas with natural light. The motion detector is only suitable for ceiling mounting (optimally at a height of 3 meters, maximum 5 meters). The higher you hang the motion detector, the greater the range, only the sensitivity also decreases. With the motion detector, your lights will not have to be left on unnecessarily and you will save electricity.

Description
The presence detector with a 360° field of detection is specifically designed for recessed ceiling mounting. It's capable of offering a range of up to 8m in diameter, which makes it an ideal choice for small rooms and passageways that are naturally lit. This device is equipped with a 16 A high-performance relay with tungsten pre-contact, making it suitable for switching capacitive loads such as electronic ballasts, parallel-compensated fluorescent lamps, compact fluorescent lamps, and energy-saving lamps.
Furthermore, this detector provides automatic light control based on presence and daylight. It comes with a programmable feature via remote control for functions like continuous lighting ON/OFF and automatic storage of the current light value. The default settings of the device ensure immediate operability.
In addition, the device also features an additional switch input for individual manual lighting control. The detector offers flexibility in usage, it can be used as a fully automatic or semi-automatic device. The field of detection can be extended by connecting a secondary presence detector.
It also comes with an in-built impulse feature, which is useful for controlling automatic stairwell lights or control devices. The device can also find applications in facility management or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
