This motion detector from ESYLUX's COMPACT EXPRESS series is a presence detector that responds to light and heat sources, with a 360° detection angle, a range of approximately 11/24 meters (frontal/cross). Perfect for classrooms, offices, meeting rooms and transit areas with natural light. The motion detector is only suitable for ceiling mounting (optimally at a height of 3 meters, maximum 10 meters). The higher you hang the motion detector, the greater the range, only the sensitivity also decreases. With the motion detector, your lights will not have to be left on unnecessarily and you will save electricity.

Description
Presence detector with a 360° field of detection for recessed ceiling mounting. It has a range of up to 24 m in diameter and is suitable for use in offices, classrooms, boardrooms, and hallways with natural lighting. Also comes with a 1.0 m pre-assembled GST18i3 inlet and outlet.
This detector is ideal for areas with ceilings of up to 10 m, such as sports halls and warehouses. It features a 16 A high-performance relay (tungsten pre-contact), making it perfect for switching capacitive loads such as:
- Electronic ballasts,
- Parallel-compensated fluorescent lamps,
- Compact fluorescent lamps, and
- Energy-saving lamps.
The light is automatically controlled depending on presence and daylight. It can be programmed by remote control, for example, for continuous lighting ON/OFF and automatic storage of the current light value. The default settings ensure immediate operability.
It also possesses an additional switch input for individual manual lighting control. The detector can be used as a fully automatic or semi-automatic device. The field of detection can be extended by connecting a 'slave' presence detector. It also includes an in-built impulse feature for controlling automatic stairwell lights or control devices, and for use in facility management/PLC.
