Polypropylene (PP) DN 9.5 LinkTech coupling socket with 3/8 inch male NPT threads. The coupling has a non-return valve to prevent backflow and the push-in socket also closes when disconnected. The operating pressure range is -0.8 to 4.2 bar (-12 to 61 psi), making them suitable for vacuums. The coupling is suitable for temperatures between 0 to 70 °C (32 to 158 °F). The flow rate is 1200 - 4100 l/min (for air) and 15 - 57 l/min (for water). The seal material is EPDM.

Description
Specifications

Polypropylene (PP) DN 9.5 LinkTech coupling socket with 3/8 inch male NPT threads. This product can be used on pneumatic and liquid lines to quickly connect tools and lines together.

The 3/8 inch male NPT threads allow for it to be threaded onto a matching female threaded part. This coupling is suitable for vacuum applications. The coupling has a non-return valve to prevent backflow and the push-in socket also closes when disconnected. This is considered a double-sided shut-off design. This is considered a double-sided shut-off design. The operating pressure range is -0.8 to 4.2 bar (-12 to 61 psi). The coupling is suitable for temperatures between 0 to 70 °C (32 to 158 °F). The rated flow rate is 1200 - 4100 l/min (for air) and 15 - 57 l/min (for water). The seal material is EPDM.

At temperatures above 27 °C, there is a max pressure rating reduction (40 °C: max 3.4 bar, 50 °C: max 2.7 bar, 60 °C: max 2.2 bar, 70 °C: max 1.7 bar).

It is connected to another component by inserting a plug into the sleeve until you hear a "click". Pressing the release button disconnects the plug. Plugs with or without a shut-off valve and of different materials will still work with this coupling.

To sterilize the coupling, you can use: formalin, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, ethylene oxide, gamma radiation

Suitable for: Suited for use with many chemicals. Not resistant to mineral oils.

Pros:

  • LinkTech couplings are resistant to most mild chemicals and they are suitable for chemical and medical applications
  • LinkTech couplings are twist lock coupling and they are easy to use with audible click when coupled
  • It can be used for vacuum applications
  • The socket has a double sided shut-off design, which keeps the line pressurized and prevents backflow
