PSU DN 9.5 Linktech Coupling Socket 12.7 mm Hose Pillar Bulkhead Double Shut-Off 90-deg 60 Series
Notice: This product is discontinued
PSU DN 9.5 LinkTech coupling socket with 12.7 mm hose pillar and bulkhead thread. The coupling has a non-return valve to prevent backflow and the push-in socket also closes when disconnected. The operating pressure range is -0.8 to 8.6 bar (-12 to 125 psi), making them suitable for vacuums. The coupling is suitable for temperatures between -40 to 138 °C (-40 to 280.4 °F). The flow rate is 1200 - 4100 l/min (for air) and 15 - 57 l/min (for water). The seal material is EPDM. The bend angle is 90 deg.

Description
PSU DN 9.5 LinkTech coupling socket and bulkhead thread. This product can be used on pneumatic and liquid lines to quickly connect tools and lines together.
Easily mount a hose over the 12.7 mm hose pillar. Optionally, order a hose clamp for proper fixation of the hose. The socket has bulkhead thread to mount it to a panel. This coupling is suitable for vacuum applications. The coupling has a non-return valve to prevent backflow and the push-in socket also closes when disconnected. This is considered a double-sided shut-off design. This is considered a double-sided shut-off design. The operating pressure range is -0.8 to 8.6 bar (-12 to 125 psi). The coupling is suitable for temperatures between -40 to 138 °C (-40 to 280.4 °F). The rated flow rate is 1200 - 4100 l/min (for air) and 15 - 57 l/min (for water). The seal material is EPDM. The bend angle is 90 deg.
At temperatures above 90 °C, there is a max pressure rating reduction (100 °C: max 8.2 bar, 110 °C: max 7.8 bar, 120 °C: max 7.4 bar, 130 °C: max 7.1 bar, 138 °C: max 6.8 bar).
It is connected to another component by inserting a plug into the sleeve until you hear a "click". Pressing the release button disconnects the plug. Plugs with or without a shut-off valve and of different materials will still work with this coupling.
To sterilize the coupling, you can use: formalin, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, ethylene oxide, gamma radiation, heating to max. +121°c (uncoupled), autoclaves at max. +121°c (uncoupled)
Pros:
- LinkTech couplings are resistant to most mild chemicals and they are suitable for chemical and medical applications
- LinkTech couplings are twist lock coupling and they are easy to use with audible click when coupled
- The socket has bulkhead thread to mount it to a panel
- It can be used for vacuum applications
- The socket has a double sided shut-off design, which keeps the line pressurized and prevents backflow
