PSU DN 9.5 Linktech Coupling Plug 9.5 mm Hose Pillar Bulkhead 90-deg 60 Series

PSU DN 9.5 LinkTech coupling plug and bulkhead thread. This product can be used on pneumatic and liquid lines to quickly connect tools and lines together.

Easily mount a hose over the 9.5 mm hose pillar. Optionally, order a hose clamp for proper fixation of the hose. The plug has bulkhead thread to mount it to a panel. This coupling is suitable for vacuum applications. The operating pressure range is -0.8 to 8.6 bar (-12 to 125 psi). The coupling is suitable for temperatures between -40 to 138 °C (-40 to 280.4 °F). The rated flow rate is 1200 - 4100 l/min (for air) and 15 - 57 l/min (for water). The bend angle is 90 deg.

At temperatures above 90 °C, there is a max pressure rating reduction (100 °C: max 8.2 bar, 110 °C: max 7.8 bar, 120 °C: max 7.4 bar, 130 °C: max 7.1 bar, 138 °C: max 6.8 bar).

It is connected to another component by inserting a plug into the sleeve until you hear a "click". Pressing the release button disconnects the plug.

To sterilize the coupling, you can use: formalin, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, ethylene oxide, gamma radiation, heating to max. +121°c (uncoupled), autoclaves at max. +121°c (uncoupled)
